What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, phone number, email, home address or ZIP, and details about your water or home that you put in our forms or tell us by phone, text, or email.
• Water test and service records: readings from your free water test, system recommendations, quotes, installation details, and service history.
• Payment details: if you pay us, our payment processor handles your card or bank information. We do not store full card numbers.
• Basic site data: pages visited, browser and device type, and approximate location, collected through Vercel Analytics. This data is aggregated and does not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To contact you about your water test, quote, appointment, installation, and follow-up service.
• To perform and support the work you hire us for, including warranty and maintenance reminders.
• To answer your questions and improve our website and services.
• To meet legal, tax, and insurance requirements.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for third-party advertising.

Text messages

• Appointment and service texts. If you check the appointment-text box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Bluejay Water Co. about your appointment and service, such as confirmations, reminders, arrival notices, and follow-ups.
• Marketing texts. If you check the separate marketing-text box, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Bluejay Water Co., such as offers and promotions. You can receive appointment texts without agreeing to marketing texts.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed to provide our service:

• Vercel, for website hosting and analytics.
• Resend, for email delivery.
• Quo, for phone calls and text messaging.
• Jobber, for scheduling, quotes, invoicing, and payments.
• QuickBooks, for accounting.
• Installers or subcontractors working on your job, so they can reach you and find your home.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, customers, or property. If the business is sold, your information may transfer to the new owner, who must honor this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep service, warranty, and billing records as long as needed for warranty support and for tax and legal purposes. We keep website inquiries that never become a job for 24 months, then delete them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections and limited access to your information. No online system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@bluejaywaterco.com or calling (352) 619-4429. We may need to keep certain records for legal or warranty reasons. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link or tell us. To stop texts, reply STOP.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
